Holly's wasn't always an all-towing dispatch center.  In the early 90's local towers in CT hired Holly's as their "answering service". Being able to walk in to our office and talk with the Manager was very appealing. Those customers spent time training our staff to handle their calls quickly and efficiently. They insisted on fast answering of police calls, prioritizing PD calls over all others and introduced our staff to towing terminology. Holly's Towing Dispatch joined the local towing association, began attending tow shows and discovered the demand for quality dispatchers was not just a local need. It stretched nationwide. In 2017 Holly's Message Service rebranded and became Holly's Towing Dispatch. The difference between Holly's and other companies who claim to "only dispatch for towers"...Holly's Towing Dispatch is telling the truth!
